On December 10, 2022, the independently developed FSVP-04-350 cylinder valve regulator (hereinafter referred to as the cylinder valve) of our company successfully supported the new hydrogen energy forklift developed by Hangcha Group and Re-Fire Technology in completing the 100km road test.

This cylinder valve is the world's first of its kind. The entire hydrogen system of the forklift only needs to be equipped with the cylinder valve regulator and hydrogen refueling port, and the outlet of the cylinder valve directly supplies gas to the stack. It greatly reduces customers' supporting costs and structural dimensions, and also improves the performance of the forklift. The successful development of the FSVP-04-350 cylinder valve marks an important step for our company in the field of hydrogen energy application technology.

The FSVP-04-350 cylinder valve is a combined valve specially designed and developed for 35MPa single-cylinder on-board hydrogen supply systems, which has the main functions of both cylinder valve and pressure reducing valve at the same time.

This cylinder valve integrates 21 modules, including cylinder filter, charging check valve, charging port, charging port filter, manual shut-off valve, high-pressure solenoid valve, high-pressure pressure sensor port, primary pressure reducing valve, primary pressure relief valve, pilot port, secondary pressure reducing valve, low-pressure pressure sensor port, low-pressure solenoid valve, low-pressure manual relief valve, relief check valve, relief port, TPRD, manual relief valve and temperature sensor.
In addition, the cylinder valve adopts internal series connection for pipelines, so customers only need to connect three basic interfaces: charging port, low-pressure outlet and safety relief port.
