Breaking News!! The 70MPa On-board Combined Pressure Reducing Valve Has Successfully Passed the Third-party Testing of SMVIC

Recently, the 70/35MPa on-board combined pressure reducing valve (hereinafter referred to as the pressure reducing valve) independently developed by our company has completed third-party testing at the National Motor Vehicle Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Shanghai) and obtained the test report. This type of pressure reducing valve is also the first 70MPa combined pressure reducing valve in China to pass third-party testing.

This pressure reducing valve has a working pressure range of 2~70MPa and a maximum flow rate of 3000L/min. It can be widely applied to 35/70MPa, high, medium and low power fuel cell systems.

The third-party testing covered a comprehensive range of 8 major items, including pressure resistance test, leakage test, pressure characteristic test (including lock-up pressure test), service life test, pressure cycle test, salt spray resistance test, condensation corrosion resistance test and vibration resistance test.

Brief Introduction to FVJY-35-700-010A Combined Pressure Reducing Valve
The FVJY-35-700-010A combined pressure reducing valve (hereinafter referred to as the pressure reducing valve) is a product independently developed by Shentong New Energy for hydrogen supply systems. It boasts the advantages of high integration, high performance and high reliability.

1. High Integration
The pressure reducing valve integrates five components: filter, pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, manual relief valve and pressure sensor. It greatly simplifies the hydrogen supply system, eliminates the need for multiple tees and pipe joints, and significantly reduces customer costs.
2. High Performance
The pressure reducing valve adopts a three-stage piston-type pressure reduction structure, avoiding the flutter phenomenon that may occur in diaphragm-type pressure reducing valves. Its outlet pressure accuracy is better than ±2.5%, and the long-term lock-up pressure rise is less than 15%, with technical indicators superior to similar foreign products.
3. Easy Installation
The overall appearance of the pressure reducing valve is a cube. It adopts a left-in and right-out pipeline layout, which is very convenient for the layout and assembly of the hydrogen supply system.
4. Equipped with Anti-vibration Relief Valve
The pressure reducing valve is equipped with the company's proprietary anti-vibration relief valve. This relief valve adopts a self-sealing normally closed structure, which relies on fluid pressure for self-sealing without the need for preload. It solves the problem of poor vibration resistance of existing manual valves.
