A unified orientation training session for new employees was held at 1:00 p.m. on March 10, and the HR Director of our company personally delivered the lecture.

While enabling employees to better understand the company’s corporate culture, systems and code of conduct, familiarize themselves with their job responsibilities and quickly be competent for their work, the training also enhanced employee cohesion, strengthened communication between new and existing employees, alleviated the tension and confusion of new employees when they first joined the company, and made them feel a sense of belonging.
It is hoped that through this training, new employees will have a more comprehensive understanding of the company, recognize and identify with the company’s cause and corporate culture, strengthen their career choices, understand and accept the company’s common language and code of conduct, and establish unified corporate values and behavioral patterns.
